About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- design and oversee regional compliance training strategies, curricula, and delivery models
- develop clear, effective compliance communications that reinforce expectations and drive awareness
- partner with Health Care Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align policies and training with evolving regulatory requirements
- ensure effectiveness of training through metrics, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
- manage and develop a team and/or matrixed resources, fostering high performance and engagement
- oversee compliance-related change management and communication planning for new or updated requirements
- support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to compliance policies and training programs
- prepare and present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, third-party risk, or other business related fields
- Robust understanding anti-corruption, Health Care compliance, and third-party risk management frameworks
- Proven ability to lead operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels and countries
- Fluency in English required; Additional market specific fluency preferred.
