About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), prescribers, and healthcare professionals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including increasing hospital listings and account penetration
- Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and scientific detailing to engage customers effectively
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy
- Provide timely sales forecasts, performance tracking, and market intelligence reporting
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and partnership
- Navigate and monitor tender, e-bidding, and hospital procurement processes to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and access teams to optimize product performance
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- 2–3 years of experience as Medical Representative, Product Specialist, or Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Immunology portfolio and hybrid territory coverage is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
