About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities and define the value of data products.
- Prioritize the development backlog, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all products.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and adoption of the products.
- Act as a data culture advocate within the company, promoting the effective use of tools and insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data products.
- Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with data technologies (SQL, Python, databases, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset for decision-making.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced Spanish Desirable
- Advanced English Required
