About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Clinical Specialist, you will be a trusted clinical partner to orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital stakeholders, providing expert clinical and technical support during both conventional and robotic-assisted procedures.
- You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, implementation, and ongoing utilisation of the VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution, helping customers optimise workflows, build confidence, and deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Essential Clinical, healthcare, biomedical, sports science, nursing, physiotherapy, operating theatre, or related degree/background
- Experience working within orthopaedics, medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical support environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel extensively and support surgical procedures within hospital environments
- Desirable Experience supporting robotic-assisted surgical technologies
- Orthopaedic theatre experience, particularly within knee reconstruction
- Medical device sales or account management exposure
- Experience delivering education and clinical training programmes
