About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be a trusted clinical partner to orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital stakeholders, providing expert clinical and technical support during both conventional and robotic-assisted procedures.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, implementation, and ongoing utilisation of the VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution, helping customers optimise workflows, build confidence, and deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Essential Clinical, healthcare, biomedical, sports science, nursing, physiotherapy, operating theatre, or related degree/background
Experience working within orthopaedics, medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical support environments
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Willingness to travel extensively and support surgical procedures within hospital environments
Desirable Experience supporting robotic-assisted surgical technologies
Orthopaedic theatre experience, particularly within knee reconstruction
Medical device sales or account management exposure
Experience delivering education and clinical training programmes
