About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides senior leadership for security strategy, operations, and risk management across the Asia‑Pacific region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field (required)
  • Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, risk management, or related leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of geopolitical risk, crisis management, and security operations in complex markets
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing third‑party security providers and external stakeholders
  • Language: English proficiency required; Mandarin or other APAC languages preferred
  • Up to 25–30% international travel across APAC and China
