About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide specialized clinical products, technical support and training to physicians.
- Train customers on all BW products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
- Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities.
- Raise awareness of BW solutions.
- Maximize the ability to support customer cases.
- Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication.
- Develop and share best practices with the team and internal partners.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
- Stay up to date on instructions for use and clinical literature.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of experience as a clinical support specialist in Electrophysiology and Electroanatomical Mapping.
- Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging, and technical knowledge of EP technology, technological advances and the business landscape.
- Maintain clinical knowledge of the healthcare sector, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
- Experience working with highly complex technical systems.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for daily business use.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
