About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for regional/provincial level market access strategy, policy engagement, and execution
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of provincial and municipal healthcare, medical insurance, pricing, and procurement policies
- Act as primary DPS China representative to key provincial authorities
- Define market access and pricing strategies for responsible region/provinces
- Engage with provincial and municipal industry associations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5–8+ years of experience in Government Affairs, Market Access, Healthcare policy–related roles
- Strong understanding of China’s healthcare and medical insurance system at local level
- Ability to operate in complex, uncertain, and high‑pressure environments
- Working‑level English communication skills (written and oral)
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
