About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for regional/provincial level market access strategy, policy engagement, and execution
- Serve as the primary owner of regional market access outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of provincial and municipal healthcare, medical insurance, pricing, and procurement policies
- Act as the primary DPS China representative to key provincial authorities
- Define market access and pricing strategies for responsible region/provinces
- Ensure strategies are feasible, compliant, and aligned with regional and national objectives
- Engage with provincial and municipal industry associations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5–8+ years of experience in Government Affairs, Market Access, or Healthcare policy-related roles
- Solid exposure to provincial and municipal healthcare policy environment
- Proven capability in policy projects, negotiations, and key account–style stakeholder management
- Working-level English communication skills (written and oral)
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
