About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve the global CRM product strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary product owner for CRM platforms, translating business needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
- Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM capabilities support sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and analytics needs, and integrations with broader commercial functions (marketing automation, customer data).
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with IT delivery teams, vendors, and architects to ensure high‑quality, on‑time product delivery.
- Govern product lifecycle management, including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
- Ensure CRM solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
- Track product performance and adoption, using insights to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field)
- 8 -10 years of experience in technology product ownership or product management within enterprise IT environments
- Strong background supporting commercial or customer‑facing technologies, including SalesForce.com CRM platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized technology solutions
- Experience working with global stakeholders across regions and cultures
