About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maximize the impact of Supply Chain management by maturing the End-to-End Operating model.
- Must be results-oriented! Demonstrating strong facilitator and influencing skills and be able to drive a team towards a final decision in an environment with high levels of ambiguity, complexity, and risk.
- Continuously improve the E2E supply chain performance by owning the application of the Johnson & Johnson Operating System (JJOS) processes.
- Measure supply chain process performance, collect and analyze data, develop new data analysis methods and techniques to provide deep insights.
- Facilitate the development, creation, and refresh of the Product Strategy Roadmap (PSR).
- Drive prioritization efforts within the Supply Chain’s project portfolio.
- Enable rapid issue resolution of critical supply & quality events.
- Publish and promote Supply Chain performance.
- Conduct analysis to recommend and execute optimal Product Portfolio mix.
- Exhibit a results-oriented mind-set, able to navigate through ambiguity, think strategically, innovatively, and creatively to drive positive outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in Supply Chain, R&D, or Commercial function.
- Experience driving operational excellence across organizations with measurable financial, quality and customer service results.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization and achieving results through relationships with internal and external partners.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in demonstrated strong Project Management.
- Experience across demand/production planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, or delivery to customer.
- The position requires up to 25% travel Domestic and International.
- A degree in Engineering or Supply Chain (preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, or R&D (preferred).
- A PMI/FPX, Green Belt, Black Belt/Master Black Belt Certification (preferred).
- Lean and Six Sigma experience (preferred).
