About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead AI Adoption & Marketing Innovation
  • Serve as the primary AI enablement partner for an assigned therapeutic area.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of AI-powered tools, platforms, and workflows across brand teams.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, office hours, and demonstrations that build confidence and proficiency with new technologies.
  • Partner with marketers to integrate AI-generated insights, recommendations, and capabilities into planning, decision-making, and execution.
  • Champion innovative ways of working that improve efficiency, scalability, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support pilot programs, platform launches, and enterprise adoption initiatives that accelerate innovation.
  • Analyze Business Needs & Improve Processes
  • Analyze marketing workflows, business processes, and user needs to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-enabled improvements.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for AI-powered solutions, digital platforms, and process enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable recommendations for technology, analytics, platform, and external partner teams.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution validation, implementation activities, and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase adoption, and improve the overall effectiveness of digital capabilities.
  • Turn Insights Into Action
  • Help marketers translate AI-generated insights, audience intelligence, analytics, and recommendations into actionable business decisions.
  • Monitor adoption trends, platform utilization, workflow performance, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Use data and insights to drive recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Capture user feedback and contribute to best practices, governance, and scalable operating models across therapeutic areas.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, digital marketing capabilities, commercialization trends, and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Digital Technology, Marketing Technology, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, business systems analysis, digital transformation, analytics, commercial operations, enablement, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology platforms, AI-powered solutions, analytics tools, workflow systems, digital applications, or business technology products.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business and functional requirements into technology, workflow, process, or operational improvements.
  • Experience analyzing business processes, evaluating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing workflows, commercial operations, and content development processes.
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, reporting tools, or AI-powered systems to support business decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-driven innovation.
