About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Emerging Markets Commercial responsibility/Launch Leadership for Imaavy plus Commercial responsibility for EMEA Value Maximizers PAH portfolio
  • Realize commercial growth maximization/erosion minimization initiatives in the portfolio
  • Successful preparation of new launches/pipeline in EM
  • Commercial responsibility and cross-functional coordination
  • Maintain and grow the value of the portfolio and launch new brands
  • Define brand (co)-positioning & strategy
  • Establish launch readiness dashboard and provide pre-launch training for OPCO
  • Forecasting & Resource planning including GFLS assessment
  • Serve as knowledge & communication hub between ESO & EM
  • Drive best practice sharing between EM OpCos
  • Lead growth projects to maximize the potential of brands
  • Engage with external customers to collect insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Commercial functions
  • Knowledge of Healthcare marketplace
  • Strong strategic thinking and pipeline planning
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solid industrial network to link the dots
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to flex between big picture and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage scenarios with ambiguity
  • Superior ability to collaborate with peers, leaders and senior executives within a matrix environment
  • Capable of working in multi-cultural, cross-country environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects
