About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enable and sustain the capability development strategy for the IM UAM team.
  • Design, develop and maintain role-based learning solutions to support team development.
  • Partner with process owners, training champions and leadership.
  • Support onboarding, knowledge retention, career development and team maturity.
  • Coordinate training schedules, learning pathways, onboarding programs and certification activities.
  • Ensure training content remains accurate, engaging and aligned to business and governance requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Governance Risk Management, Compliance, Information Technology or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in learning and development, training management, compliance or a related field, particularly within an enterprise risk management framework within Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience with regulatory/ compliance frameworks related to SoX, GxP, Privacy/GDPR.
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation skills and Microsoft applications.
  • Fluency in English, with outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual/remote environment and manage cross-cultural teams.
