About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate day-to-day QC laboratory operations, including raw material testing activities.
- Set laboratory priorities, allocate resources effectively, and support employee development and training.
- Review analytical results, laboratory records, and compliance documentation to support product release.
- Lead laboratory investigations, deviations, OOS/OOT events, and root cause analyses.
- Drive data trending, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory environment.
- Mandatory experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience – a significant advantage.
- Experience with analytical laboratory techniques and laboratory equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA management, and data review.
