About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and support execution of global marketing strategies informed by customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Integrate voice of customer (VOC) and market data to inform upstream initiatives and portfolio optimization.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to shape effective marketing approaches.
  • Develop and implement global go-to-market plans aligned to business priorities and regional needs.
  • Lead execution of segment-specific marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, quality, and outcomes.
  • Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and refine plans based on insights.
  • Serve as a strategic resource and partner to cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional teams.
  • Coordinate resources and align stakeholders to support execution.
  • Implement promotional strategies, including campaign planning and evaluation.
  • Develop sales tools, training, and educational materials in partnership with Communications and Education teams.
  • Lead analysis of marketing metrics and performance data.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive business experience required, including 3+ years in marketing.
  • People management experience required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with product/brand/project management or strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive execution and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate globally.
  • High initiative, adaptability, and learning agility.
  • Up to 25% international travel may be required.
