About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and ongoing evolution of the integrated communications strategy for Accelerating Gamechangers.
- Serve as a strategic communications advisor to program and change leaders.
- Develop audience-centered communication frameworks, engagement strategies, and communication roadmaps.
- Apply insights, employee feedback, and communications metrics to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness over time.
- Counsel senior leaders on communication approaches that strengthen visibility, credibility, and engagement during organizational change.
- Develop and coordinate executive communications strategies and content for key leadership and governance forums.
- Ensure leaders are equipped with consistent, high-quality messaging and engagement resources.
- Establish and coordinate the transformation program's communications governance model.
- Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to project teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8–10 years of experience leading employee communications, change communications, transformation communications, or related fields.
- Proven success developing communication strategies that support large-scale organizational transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience advising senior executives and navigating complex organizations.
- Strong discernment and ability to translate complex transformation concepts into compelling, actionable communications.
- Experience using data, insights, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and improve communication outcomes.
- Preferred Experience with HR, workforce, or operating model transformations.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci.
- Experience using channels, analytics, and engagement data to improve communication effectiveness.
