About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech - Neurovascular Division products and convert competitive products
  • Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians
  • Handle customer product questions and objections
  • Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas
  • Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner that leads the customer to action

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or business to business sales experience is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred
  • Neurovascular experience preferred
  • Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment is strongly preferred
  • A valid driver’s license issued in the United States
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory
  • Must have advanced computer skills and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager
