About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech - Neurovascular Division products and convert competitive products
- Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians
- Handle customer product questions and objections
- Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner that leads the customer to action
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or business to business sales experience is required
- A minimum of 2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred
- Neurovascular experience preferred
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment is strongly preferred
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
- Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory
- Must have advanced computer skills and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager
