About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with MT epi LT to synthesize strategy & plans across multiple leaders/business units and create PPT presentations, reports, performance metrics and other communications for use with various stakeholders
- Create Scope of Works with vendors, ensure appropriate cross charges of data costs to the appropriate business units and functions, partnership with BU Finance partners on BU stakeholder agreement/alignment.
- Project management and coordination for aspects of the MedTech Community for AI and Data Science
- Ensure communication and alignment with Finance partners and execute timely cross-charges in complex matrix structure.
- Organizing and scheduling group meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports for the VP of MT Epidemiology.
- Partner with SLT and department to execute culture and engagement activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Contracts management experience.
- Communication material preparation, including skills in PowerPoint presentations
- Large group coordination on operational and communication aspects
- Administrative assistance experience, including digital calendar and travel platform use
- Skills in budget spreadsheet tracking and financial communication
- Partner with SLT and department to execute culture and engagement activities.
