About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets
- Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders
- Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
- Partner closely with the CEE & Trade Commercial Leaders
- Provide insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade‑offs
- Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and regional leaders on supply chain implications
- Lead cluster‑wide strategies for asset efficiency and utilization
- Ensure capital and asset deployment decisions are aligned to demand evolution
- Lead initiatives to optimize the end‑to‑end cost‑to‑serve while maintaining or improving customer service levels
- Identify structural cost improvement opportunities across logistics and operations
- Partner with International and Global Supply Chain teams to drive improvements
- Lead, coach, and develop in-market supply chain leaders
