Key responsibilities & impact

Own and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets
Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders
Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
Partner closely with the CEE & Trade Commercial Leaders
Provide insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade‑offs
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and regional leaders on supply chain implications
Lead cluster‑wide strategies for asset efficiency and utilization
Ensure capital and asset deployment decisions are aligned to demand evolution
Lead initiatives to optimize the end‑to‑end cost‑to‑serve while maintaining or improving customer service levels
Identify structural cost improvement opportunities across logistics and operations
Partner with International and Global Supply Chain teams to drive improvements
Lead, coach, and develop in-market supply chain leaders
