About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and lead the master data orchestration and end-to-end data flows and integrations across the technology platform.
  • Build and deploy agentic AI workflows that automate master data orchestration, operational tasks, and platform processes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, technical designs, and acceptance criteria for the master data management solution.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain business process flows in the orchestration tool; perform hands-on development and implementation of master data solutions.
  • Design APIs and integrations between platform components and external systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrations, data flows, environments, and platform configuration.
  • Guide and support local country teams through platform setup, localization, and launch activities.
  • Document confirmed business processes and technical architecture to serve as reference for development and support teams.
  • Coordinate with agile squads and cross-functional stakeholders to track deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
  • Maintain SDLC compliance: keep documentation, system configuration records, test scripts, and code repositories updated.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • a minimum of 3-5 years of software engineering / development experience
  • Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Hands-on software development experience (e.g., coding, scripting, and API development).
  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI / GenAI solutions and integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI agents into applications and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture business needs and translate them into technical solutions (user stories, process flows, and working code).
  • Experience working in cross-functional, self-organized agile engineering teams.
  • Strong skills in end-to-end business process mapping and curiosity about the big picture.
  • Analytical approach and hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing APIs and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment.
  • Passionate about staying up to date with current technology and software engineering trends and best practices.
