About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of regional business strategies and operational plans across SEA and North Asia in alignment with APAC and global objectives.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to coordinate priorities, initiatives, and deliverables across multiple markets.
- Analyze business performance, financial results, and operational metrics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to planning, forecasting, and performance management processes at regional and market levels.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and internal control requirements across assigned markets.
- Support change initiatives, transformation efforts, and process improvement activities.
- Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and insights for senior leadership.
- Promote DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson Credo values in all activities and interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in business management, operations, strategy, or regional roles.
- Experience supporting multi‑country or regional business operations in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency is required; additional Asian language skills are preferred.
