About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Client Account teams in meeting obligations under the Management Agreement
Manage service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works
Perform special projects and Client Account Team relief
Conduct inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems
Manage cleaning & waste, energy management, occupational health & safety, supplier management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or related fields
Experience in facilities management
Exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills
Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
Experience working across remote sites
Proficiency in Excel & Word
Preferred experience working with FM software platform
