About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and governance of risk management and compliance programs across the organization
  • Lead annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program, determining risk treatment and mitigation initiatives
  • Implement and maintain compliance program encompassing all JLL and client policies, procedures, and Code of Ethics
  • Review Master Service Agreement (MSA), conduct gap analysis, and lead MSA change control process
  • Manage internal audit program and coordinate external audit activities
  • Oversee incident management process and establish risk forums and governance meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk and compliance experience
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Ability to communicate and engage at all levels of executive management and presenting to senior management
  • Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and governing boards
  • Strong written communication, relationship skills, and policy drafting
  • Legal and commercial real estate industries experience a plus
