About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
- Travel Requirements: This position will require up to 60% travel throughout the designated portfolio.
