Key responsibilities & impact

Lead architecture for enterprise-wide, high-impact I&O initiatives
Ensure coordinated execution, proactive risk management, and timely executive decision support
Serve as the architectural and integration authority across various program types
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable infrastructure architectures
Establish integration and separation blueprints for M&A and divestiture programs
Drive consistency and reuse of architectural patterns across programs and regions
Develop and govern execution plans for major transformation programs
Coordinate across platform teams, regional leads, and business stakeholders
Identify and manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives
Surface emerging risks early and facilitate mitigation planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, transformation, or enterprise IT program delivery
Demonstrated experience leading I&O architecture across M&A integrations or divestitures
Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud, data center, network, and enterprise platform domains
Proven ability to develop and communicate executive-level architectures, plans, and trade-off memos
Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional, cross-regional stakeholders
Strong risk identification, escalation, and mitigation discipline
