About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed.
