About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor Contractor’s EHS performance for compliance.
- Advise contractors on best practices for safety.
- Support construction management with relevant EHS data.
- Conduct weekly safety walks with Contractor management.
- Evaluate the completeness of Contractor’s hazard assessments.
- Lead creation of Significant Events and Potential Events.
- Ensure KPIs and EHS data submitted by Contractor is accurate and timely.
- Conduct monthly Contractor EHS audits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 10 years of supervision on medium to large construction sites.
- Experience with data center projects in live environments.
- Ability to monitor Contractor’s EHS performance.
- Familiarity with EHS compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Capability to deliver current data on Contractor EHS performance.
- Experience in communicating EHS information across sites.
- Ability to conduct site safety walks and audits.
- Skills in evaluating Contractor’s hazard assessments.
- Expertise in implementing corrective actions for deficiencies to ensure safety.
