About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as lead finance business partner to support PDS project management and capital planning / forecasting processes
  • Provide financial insights & reporting
  • Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborate with project management team and client to resolve financial inquiries
  • Develop and manage annual operating expense and capital plan budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting, analytics, and dashboards
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry
  • Strong proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems
  • Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent financial, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
