About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as lead finance business partner to support PDS project management and capital planning / forecasting processes
Provide financial insights & reporting
Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Collaborate with project management team and client to resolve financial inquiries
Develop and manage annual operating expense and capital plan budgets and rolling forecasts
Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting, analytics, and dashboards
Participate in client meetings and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry
Strong proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) and advanced Excel skills
Proven experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems
Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent financial, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
