About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multiple sites within the account's owned and occupied portfolio
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements
- Manage relationships with clients, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead a team of Facility Management professionals, providing strategic direction, performance management, and career development
- Prepare and manage facility budgets
- Track variances, ensure lease compliance, and drive portfolio-wide initiatives that optimize performance
- Maintain regulatory compliance across assigned geography
- Develop actionable career development plans and succession planning for staff
- Interface with third-party property owners and landlords to ensure total lease compliance
- Provide comprehensive facility services in accordance with standard processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams and services
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer service
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data for financial and operational decision-making
- Experience with budget management, lease administration, and vendor relationship management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) (preferred)
