About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee multiple sites within the account's owned and occupied portfolio
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements
Manage relationships with clients, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders
Lead a team of Facility Management professionals, providing strategic direction, performance management, and career development
Prepare and manage facility budgets
Track variances, ensure lease compliance, and drive portfolio-wide initiatives that optimize performance
Maintain regulatory compliance across assigned geography
Develop actionable career development plans and succession planning for staff
Interface with third-party property owners and landlords to ensure total lease compliance
Provide comprehensive facility services in accordance with standard processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams and services
Strong leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Proven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer service
Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data for financial and operational decision-making
Experience with budget management, lease administration, and vendor relationship management
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) (preferred)
