About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
- Apply deep disease-domain expertise, regulatory insight, and strong business acumen to advance adoption and drive profitability, margin expansion, and overall portfolio performance.
- Monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive developments to inform portfolio direction.
- Lead development of product business cases, including market sizing and growth projections, total cost estimation, business goals, operational workflows, outcomes, and functional requirements.
- Serve as the commercial representative for assigned products across scientific, operational, and market access teams.
- Manage strategic partnerships that expand product capabilities, drive distribution, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Serve as a spokesperson who clearly articulates the product vision to partners and internal teams.
- Represent customer voice in strategic committees and facilitate alignment on product evolution, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Marketing to support differentiation strategy and thought leadership priorities.
- Lead and ensure operational readiness for product launches and acquisitions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 or more years experience in product management or portfolio strategy
- 7 or more years experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
- Experience with diagnostics commercialization and regulatory pathways
- Experience with market access/payor policies for diagnostics
- Experience with forecasting & pricing
