About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise day-to-day activities for assigned customer or functional team members.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project plans and service level commitments.
  • Balance workload within the team and support global resource planning.
  • Ensure seamless integration of team services and consistent use of SOPs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of professional experience in a scientific or laboratory environment
  • 1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3 or more years of experience working with and optimizing databases (preferred)
  • 1 or more years of experience working in clinical research or drug development (preferred)
