• Design and deliver AI capabilities - agents, internal copilots, knowledge assistants, intelligent automation, RAG systems, document intelligence, and agentic workflows with increasing independence as your experience grows.
• Contribute to integrations across Learnosity's enterprise technology stack, connecting systems and closing gaps that slow teams down.
• Build for reuse - solutions and components should be adaptable across functions, not purpose-built and abandoned.
• Document your work clearly so knowledge compounds across rotations.

• Coach the teams you work with through practical training and documentation, working up to leading this independently.

• Flag security and privacy considerations early, escalating to COPO or the relevant team when unsure.

• The Product Manager - Build - Assessment independently owns product areas and drives discovery, delivery, prioritisation and customer outcomes across the Build Assessment domain.
• You will be accountable for the delivery and maintenance feature functionality for our Build APIs - primarily focused on the Learner and Developer personas. You will work with Product, Design and Engineering colleagues across Learnosity Build and will liaise regularly with Customer facing Colleagues and Customers.
• This role balances customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations to make informed product decisions and deliver valuable outcomes. Assessment is our core domain area of Learnosity. The product line is mature, operates at scale and must be stable as a priority. Swift management of defects is a key aspect to this role. Along with this you have the power to shape the Learning environment and experience for millions of Learners every day.
• The Product Manager is expected to operate confidently across multiple domains and features, lead discovery and delivery activities, influence stakeholders effectively and contribute to go to market activities.
• This role plays a critical part in Learnosity’s evolving AI-enabled product development environment by combining strong product judgement with operational execution and customer focus.

• Lead discovery activities to identify customer problems and opportunities.

• AEO & GEO: Own and grow Learnosity's presence in AI-powered search - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and what comes next. Develop and execute a roadmap of experiments to improve answer engine performance and discoverability.
• SEO: Own Learnosity's organic search strategy - working with SEO consultant to execute across keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and content briefing, with a sharp focus on qualified inbound traffic and pipeline contribution.
• Paid Media: Manage our paid media agency across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, setting strategy, reviewing performance, and holding them accountable to CPL and SQL targets.
• CRO & Website: Own the website as a conversion asset - landing page performance, A/B testing, UX improvements, and on-site analytics.
• Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that connect digital activity to pipeline metrics; bring actionable recommendations, not just numbers.
• Line Management: Manage and develop our Digital Marketing Executive.
