Technical Program Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives across mobile, web, attribution, analytics, and data systems
• Translate marketing and business needs into clear implementation plans, technical requirements, workflows, and rollout plans
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and vendor teams to keep complex MarTech work moving

• Own the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal communication initiatives designed to motivate and align employees with the group’s vision, strategy, and culture.
• Research, develop, write, edit, and track for approvals a wide range of internal and executive communications.
• Content includes presentations, scripts (in-person and video), key messages, talking points, briefings, articles, summaries, thought leadership, and executive reports.
• Act as a key contributor and/or owner of various internal communications activities (all hands meetings, etc), channel management, and support for assigned client groups.

• Translate product and business problems into clear machine learning problems with measurable success criteria

Director, Integrated MarComms

Account Manager

• Partner closely with Sales throughout the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution and post-campaign analysis
• Manage campaign delivery, including monitoring performance and implementing optimizations to ensure success
• Lead post-campaign reporting and wrap-ups, delivering clear insights and recommendations
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities and repeat business with existing clients
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to troubleshoot delivery issues and implement proactive optimization strategies
• Utilize Google Ad Manager (GAM) to assess inventory availability and inform campaign planning

• Develop, implement, and execute the marketing strategy to position Tinder in the US
• Work closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics, pre, and post-campaigns, to establish goals and report/track progress against business metrics, connect KPIs to business impact, and optimize budget and channel mix in-flight
• Work cross-functionally and establish relationships with PR, Business Development, Social Media, Media, Partnerships, and Product to strengthen ideas and creativity and build well-rounded and effective campaigns; proactively manage cross-functional dependencies and serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned initiatives, balancing input from Brand, Media, PMM, Comms, and Legal
