About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service team, and Sales team as required
  • Triage and manage incoming cases through Salesforce, ensuring timely routing and follow-up
  • Support the coordination and tracking of sales activities, submissions, and workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records across systems
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and general team coordination
  • Help establish and support processes as the team continues to grow
  • Take on routine administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous administrative experience is required; experience in a sales support function considered an asset
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to triage work, prioritize effectively, and keep things moving
  • Comfort working with systems; Salesforce experience is an asset
  • A proactive, dependable approach and willingness to support where needed
  • Comfort with routine work and an understanding of the importance of consistency and accuracy
  • Previous Group Insurance experience is a strong asset
  • Strong written and verbal English skills are required to effectively support customers and communicate with internal stakeholders; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
