About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation, updates and renewals of drug benefit plans
  • Analyze and validate plan data and configuration parameters
  • Process and follow up on operational requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
  • Help enhance processes and internal tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation and Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma or equivalent relevant experience
  • 0-2 years of early-career experience in a related field (insurance, healthcare, analytics, administration) (asset)
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong aptitude for working with and interpreting data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data manipulation)
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong capacity for learning and adaptation
  • Proficiency in both English and French is required to perform the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners who operate across Canada
