About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process mapping & prioritisation across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Delivery, Finance, People Operations and Legal
  • Design and build end-to-end automation yourself
  • Own the internal data model, the data warehouse, and key metrics
  • Own the data model of the CRM (currently Pipedrive)
  • Evaluate, negotiate, roll out tools; consolidate instead of collect
  • Documentation, monitoring, failure alerting, clear ownership
  • Lead two direct reports with a high personal share of the actual build

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Business Operations, BizOps, Internal Operations or Process Engineering
  • Experience at a growth-stage startup or scale-up (Series A to C)
  • Built automations yourself, not just commissioned them
  • Know n8n, Make or equivalent; strong SQL; Python or JavaScript
  • Understand CRM data models at architect level (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Owned at least one CRM migration or fundamental restructuring
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Nice to have: Experience with a modern data stack (dbt, BigQuery/Snowflake/Postgres, Metabase/Looker)
  • Consulting background followed by an operator role
  • Background in hospitality, travel, or B2B SaaS with long sales cycles
