• CRM operations: Administer CRM and manage pipelines, fields, workflows, reports
• Evaluate and potentially migrate CRM while assessing system compatibility
• Maintain and improve tools for Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success
• Define handover criteria and enforce data hygiene in CRM reporting
• Document and train users on CRM capabilities to maximize performance

• Connect source systems — CRM (Pipedrive), product databases, finance systems, third-party APIs, hotel systems
• Build transformation layer (dbt or equivalent): properly versioned, tested, documented
• Provide reliable data foundation for C-level and investor reporting
• Enable business teams to work self-service in the BI tool

Internal Data Engineer

Business Operations

• Process mapping & prioritisation across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Delivery, Finance, People Operations and Legal
• Design and build end-to-end automation yourself
• Own the internal data model, the data warehouse, and key metrics
• Own the data model of the CRM (currently Pipedrive)
• Evaluate, negotiate, roll out tools; consolidate instead of collect
• Documentation, monitoring, failure alerting, clear ownership
• Lead two direct reports with a high personal share of the actual build

Head of Business Operations – Automation

Controller

• Work closely with the Accounting Manager on monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Own liquidity planning including rolling cash forecast and receivables management
• Produce monthly reporting and support budget planning
• Prepare KPIs and materials for reporting to shareholders
• Bring structure to public funding and compliance topics
• Act as a sparring partner for Sales and Customer Delivery
• Build processes and controls that don't exist yet and document them
• Gradually take ownership of the forecast and planning model
• Lead the finance team and evolve the finance function from reporting to steering.
