About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- CRM operations: Administer CRM and manage pipelines, fields, workflows, reports
- Evaluate and potentially migrate CRM while assessing system compatibility
- Maintain and improve tools for Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success
- Define handover criteria and enforce data hygiene in CRM reporting
- Document and train users on CRM capabilities to maximize performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations or as a CRM admin
- Hands-on CRM ownership as admin or power user: Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable
- Built automations before (Zapier, Make, n8n or native CRM workflows)
- Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN) — enough to pull an ad-hoc analysis yourself
- Excellent German and English
