About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure a project's success by specifying goals, strategy, and staffing.
Schedule project deliverables, track milestones and progress, identify required tasks and risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate available resources.
Manage client-signed contracts, all commercial agreements, and all project documentation.
Ensure the appropriate billability of project hours by allocating time and expenses to the proper charge codes.
Ensure timely submission of resource forecasts.
Build effective relationships by using highly developed soft skills.
Identifies, resolves, and documents client-side and internal issues.
Management of resources and customers across multiple international time zones.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of project management experience.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the executive level.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple development projects
Experience working with virtual project teams
Strong organizational skills.
Travel as required (up to 20%).
PMP certification preferred.
Experience with AI tools preferred.
