Operations

• Respond to law firm inquiries via support tickets and phone calls, delivering timely and professional service

Principal AI Engineer

Collections

• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding invoices.
• Take the initiative to contact clients early to encourage timely payments.
• Contact clients to ask about their overdue accounts/invoices.
• Investigate historical data for each outstanding invoice and work on getting these settled by working closely with the billing team.
• Resolve billing and customer payment case inquiries.

Digital Marketing

• Execute day-to-day campaigns across paid digital channels including paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (LinkedIn), display, and programmatic retargeting for the GRC portfolio
• Manage and optimise budget allocation across paid channels to support pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and return on ad spend, reporting results to senior leadership on a regular cadence
• Support organic social media activity across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, contributing to a content calendar in partnership with the content and brand teams to build audience, drive engagement, and support GRC brand visibility
• Build, test, and optimise campaign creative, audience targeting, and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates across the funnel, from first click through to marketing qualified lead

• Handle up to eight new cases per day across email, phone, chat, and a self-service portal — most issues are transactional and solvable in one or two steps
• Take inbound phone calls in English, troubleshoot live, and occasionally jump on a quick video call to see the customer's screen and resolve the issue together
• Learn our e-billing application end-to-end; once you've built that product knowledge, you'll be certified to administer the platform directly — a real expansion of responsibility

• Own the cloud and data foundation for the AI organization — shared runtime infrastructure, CI/CD patterns, and platform services used by AI teams.
• Design and build a unified data access layer for agents and AI features so they can interact with a coherent interface rather than bespoke storage and retrieval systems in each product.
• Define where shared AI data should live — agent memory, context stores, and shared service datasets — while partnering with product teams that have compliance or customer-specific reasons to retain specialized storage patterns.
• Build and operate data ingestion and transformation pipelines that support AI workloads and analytics, including ETL and lakehouse-style patterns where needed.
• Shape the technical execution of the organization’s data strategy, especially around scale, operability, cost, and long-term maintainability.
