• To manage, influence, and lead development direction and optimal performance of business unit program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and lead users to comply with best practices to ensure timely and effective channel/ program delivery and administration.
• Manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of multiple, large, and highly complex programs that affect and involve business unit activities.
• Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design, and testing, implementation, and transition phases.
• Create, design and manage program deliverables and solutions on schedule and within scope and budget.
