About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications and high-quality implementations
- Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party platforms
- Apply enterprise-level development practices including source control, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred)
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, advanced security models, and Lightning App Builder
- Support data modeling, data quality, and reporting needs across business units
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues; ensure timely follow-through and documentation
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily standups
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI-driven capabilities, platform enhancements, and industry best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Required) and Sales Cloud (required) and at least one of: Media Cloud, Service Cloud
- Proven ability to design and implement complex configurations and custom solutions
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools (Copado preferred)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft and external systems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
