• You will support our project management team in preparing and following up on client projects — from data maintenance to technical configuration.
• You will handle administrative tasks in the day-to-day running of projects: documentation, status updates, database maintenance and coordination of internal to-dos.

• Du begleitest Arztpraxen vom ersten Tag an - von der technischen Einrichtung über die Schulung des Praxisteams bis zur aktiven Betreuung in den ersten Wochen nach dem Go-live.
• Dabei übernimmst du echte Verantwortung: Du managst deine Projekte eigenständig, bist erste Ansprechperson für deine Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass der Wechsel zu Nelly reibungslos klappt.
• Kein Tag ist wie der andere – du bist nah an den Menschen, nah am Produkt und siehst direkt, was deine Arbeit bewirkt.
• Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt, Vertrieb und Technik und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden mit einem perfekten Start in die Zusammenarbeit mit Nelly durchstarten.
• Du führst Implementierungsprojekte von A bis Z: von der technischen Integration über den Produktaufbau bis zur Schulung der Praxisteams (vor Ort & online) und der aktiven Nachbetreuung in der Hypercare-Phase (~30 Tage).
• Du erkennst Risiken und Probleme im Projektverlauf frühzeitig, sprichst sie aktiv an und bringst eigene Lösungsideen ein.

• Own and evolve our data pipeline infrastructure - designing and maintaining reliable, scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines across our practice management systems landscape and internal sources
• Own our data warehouse: drive thoughtful data modeling, ensure high data quality, and make it a trusted foundation for the Analytics and product teams who depend on it
• Define and enforce data contracts with producing teams, ensuring schema stability, clear ownership, and reliable data delivery
• Drive data model evolution: managing schema versioning, breaking change processes, and communicating impact clearly to consuming teams
• Build and maintain Reverse ETL pipelines to sync curated data back into operational systems and tools used across the business
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices for our data systems, ensuring high availability and fast time-to-recovery
• Drive documentation culture around data - catalog, lineage, and metadata as first-class concerns, supporting governance and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbt and strong SQL, with a focus on robust data marts and a clean semantic layer
• Own the BI layer (Looker/LookML) end-to-end, creating self-service Explores that give the entire company a single source of truth for analysis
• Translate complex business logic into structured data models, including topics such as Customer Health Scores, NRR (cohort-based), CAC Payback, product unit economics, churn, provisions, and commercial KPIs.
• Unify and harmonize data across systems such as Salesforce, Product Data, HubSpot, Jira, Intercom, Personio, and internal booking/factoring systems.
• Develop end-to-end reporting solutions from requirement gathering and data validation to Looker dashboards and stakeholder-ready reports.
• Build advanced analyses such as:
• - Sales funnel and GTM performance tracking
• - Commercial KPI automation
• - Cohort-based NRR, CAC payback and churn analytics
• - Revenue reconciliation (Signed vs. Actual Revenue)
• - Customer and usage benchmarks (including regional usage / booking patterns)
• Ensure data quality and cross-functional alignment:
• - Identify gaps in data collection and instrumentation before modeling begins, ensuring quality, consistency, and long-term scalability
• - Establish tests and validation logic in dbt to guarantee reliability and transparency across data models
• - Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial and Finance to deeply understand the processes generating the data
• - Support system alignment between tools to ensure consistent reporting logic across the organization

• Independently plan and execute all external events (e.g., trade shows, regional after-work events)
• Lead the planning and execution of Nelly’s presence at IDS 2027, the largest dental trade fair in the world, as a central flagship event
• Build and manage a webinar program with 2–4 formats per month — partner webinars, AI-focused webinars, and Nelly Academy continuing-education webinars
• Seamlessly integrate event leads into HubSpot: clean tier mapping, MQL handoff to Sales, and attribution in the Revenue Dashboard
• Continuously develop the after-work format (speaker sessions, partner/customer sessions, networking) and build a reliable speaker pipeline
