Account Executive

• In this high-impact role, you will combine technical expertise and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent our technology to the leading engineering companies.
• We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a solid engineering foundation who will identify, develop, and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities in Europe while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Chief Technology Officer

• Own the CTO's calendar end-to-end: Proactively manage scheduling across time zones, prioritise requests, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) and external stakeholders to ensure meetings are well-prepared and purposeful.
• Plan and coordinate events: Lead the logistics of internal and external events involving the CTO, including team offsites, conferences, customer visits, and speaking engagements. Handle travel bookings, venue coordination, and on-the-day execution.
• Manage administrative and financial tasks: Process and track invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders related to the CTO's scope. Liaise with Finance to ensure timely approvals and accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and organise key communications: Draft emails, meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up summaries on behalf of the CTO. Ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
• Act as the CTO's operational partner: Proactively identify and solve logistical or administrative bottlenecks before they arise. Handle ad hoc requests with speed and discretion, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Executive Assistant – CTO

Marketing

• Design and execute the Korea field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing priorities and Korea sales objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion for priority enterprise accounts.
• Plan and deliver high-impact field programs, including:
• Executive dinners and private roundtables
• Flagship industry conferences and selective trade events
• Account-based marketing (ABM) programs for top-tier accounts
• Creative, targeted field activations designed to reach senior engineering and business leaders at Korea's leading conglomerates
• Co-create and execute joint field programs with strategic technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Microsoft, AWS).
• Leverage local networks and institutions to expand Neural Concept's visibility.
• Own programs end-to-end: from concept and budgeting to execution, follow-up, and measurement.
• Track and report performance using pipeline influenced, and revenue impact.
• Act as the voice of the Korean market, sharing field insights, customer feedback, and competitive signals with the broader marketing and leadership teams.

Field Marketing Lead

Product Manager

• Engage deeply with customers — OEM engineering teams, simulation specialists, and program managers
• Translate customer insight, market signals, and technical feasibility into product requirements and prioritized roadmap decisions
• Own the product discovery process: design and run user research, synthesize findings across customer segments, and develop hypotheses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product decisions are grounded in real customer value and commercial viability
• Represent the voice of industrial engineers internally
• Track trends in engineering software, advanced simulation, and AI tooling to identify whitespace and emerging use cases.
