About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with program leadership to assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and program cost/schedule objectives as well as develop and maintain metrics for monitoring the team's progress.
- Control and assign tasking within the group.
- Participate in technical reviews and ensure quality and applicability of analysis work products.
- Grow, develop, and manage a diverse team of analysis engineers.
- Interface with internal and external customers.
- Participating in ROM development, Basis of Estimates, etc., as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline and 8 years of experience; or Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
- Experience in a technical leadership/management role.
- Experience in writing and presenting technical content.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of and experience with engineering analysis principals.
- Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
