Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide business analysis and project coordination support for a migration initiative
  • Collaborate with business teams, federal and state partners
  • Manage and track tasks across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ensure business requirements and enhancements are documented
  • Assist in creating and updating security documents
  • Follow requirement elicitation strategies for application/data migration

Requirements

  • 7 Years experience in problem-solving, active listening, negotiation
  • 7 Years experience in facilitation, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills
  • 7 Years experience in documenting and understanding customer requirements
  • 7 Years experience in meeting facilitation with customers
  • 7 Years experience in multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, Agile
  • 7 Years experience in SDLC methodologies and change management procedures
  • 5 Years experience in reading logical data models and programming specifications
  • 7 Years experience in operating effectively in a changing environment
  • 7 Years experience in strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
