About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide business analysis and project coordination support for a migration initiative
- Collaborate with business teams, federal and state partners
- Manage and track tasks across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ensure business requirements and enhancements are documented
- Assist in creating and updating security documents
- Follow requirement elicitation strategies for application/data migration
- Facilitate project conference calls, status meetings, and planning sessions
- Communicate project status throughout the project lifecycle
- Document current state, future state processes, GAP analysis
- Participate in functional and systems integration unit testing
- Assist customers with user acceptance testing
- Develop and present the training to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 Years experience in project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis
- 7 Years experience in problem-solving, active listening, negotiation
- 7 Years experience in facilitation, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills
- 7 Years experience in documenting and understanding customer requirements
- 7 Years experience in meeting facilitation with customers
- 7 Years experience in multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, Agile
- 7 Years experience in SDLC methodologies and change management procedures
- 5 Years experience in reading logical data models and programming specifications
- 7 Years experience in operating effectively in a changing environment
- 7 Years experience in strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
