About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and identify optimization opportunities
  • Deliver interactive training sessions to large and small audiences
  • Provide workflow coaching, optimization, and best practice recommendations
  • Serve as a change agent during high-impact situations
  • Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs
  • Collect and analyze feedback and learning data across multiple modalities
  • Collaborate with other OCHIN departments on workflow improvement efforts
  • Configure Epic system components and document changes
  • Mentor and coach peers and new team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role required
  • 10 Years of applicable experience desired
  • Experience with EHR software, EPIC is required
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle and Financial principles
  • EPIC Certifications in PB/HB Resolute, and PB/HB Claims are highly desired
  • Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required within 6 months of hire
  • Experience in HB Claims, SBO, Prelude, Cadence and EpicCare modules a plus
  • Experience in or with Critical Access Hospitals or Rural hospitals is highly desired
  • Experience in or with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is highly desired
