About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including outbound emails, global landing pages, lead upload, lead scoring, and lead delivery.
- Provide strategic operational support to the Global Demand organization.
- Partner with IT to maintain Marketing-related processes in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Support Business Development Representative (BDR) teams in follow-up of inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
- Research, test, and implement AI technologies for Marketing workflows.
- Develop critical metrics dashboards for measuring performance against KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or Masters preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Manage Campaign Operations team including Campaign Ops Manager and Automation Specialist.
- Oversee MarTech stack including Administrator-level responsibilities for Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), Eloqua.
- Partner with Global Demand and IT leadership in defining core lead workflow systems.
- Develop enablement and process governance strategy for Global Demand functions.
- Contribute to measurement and analysis of Global Demand programs.
