About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program
  • Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward
  • Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner
  • Partner with Technical Service leadership to help oversee the planning and execution of team restructures
  • Coordinate all virtual and in-house partnership meetings that are required leading up to the program go live date
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enterprise thinker who understands end-to-end processes
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with computers, various software systems, and technology infrastructure (MS Office, Salesforce, Bloomfire, Calabrio, API)
  • Experience building strong relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal/external customers
  • Experience managing projects and proactively communicate status to key team members
  • Attention to detail
  • Fantastic communication skills & proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Quality internet connection at home
