• Create and build strong relationships with existing and prospective partners

• Identify potential HVACR equipment manufacturer partners to secure meetings for senior sales executives
• Manage a pipeline of manufacturers to develop leads into qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate and thorough records in the company’s CRM database, including follow-up actions and prospect details
• Initiate and coordinate projects for existing programs to enhance partnership position

Manufacturer Partnerships Manager

• Develop and manage executive-level relationships with private equity firms and strategic partners

Director, HVAC Strategic Partnerships

Analyst

• Maintain the highest level of support for EDI infrastructure and processes
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of EDI solutions that support IT strategy and overall business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end development of trading partner integrations
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Partner closely with business and IT teams to maintain a stable, scalable EDI ecosystem
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new trading partners, including requirement gathering, mapping, testing and deployment

General

• Dispatch service 60-80 service calls within a 10-minute SLA time frame
• Utilize mapping tools to locate service providers closest to end user location and schedule service
• Provide an exceptional experience while interacting with customers, manufacturers, and their service providers via email and phone
• Manage life cycle of service from dispatch to close, effectively communicating updates to involved parties
• Document reported issues to hand off to Technicians for troubleshooting , including parts identification
• Assist Equipment Dealers over the phone or email with service updates /questions
• Assist with general email inquiries within a 2-hour Service Level Agreement
• Act as a back up to all areas of team where business needs are required

Service Coordinator

Business Operations

• Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program
• Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward
• Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner
• Partner with Technical Service leadership to help oversee the planning and execution of team restructures
• Coordinate all virtual and in-house partnership meetings that are required leading up to the program go live date
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Manager, OEM Onboarding, Business Operations

• Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program.
• Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward.
• Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner.

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady flow of emails, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Process customer requests including order entry and status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etc.
• Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding customer needs

• Specialize in turning raw data into business-ready products within GCP
